Katéa, an incredibly gifted Helsinki, Finland-based chanteuse whose musical sounds are inspired by Amy Winehouse, Adele, Lorde, Florence + The Machine, Tove Lo and Lana Del Rey, is one of the most inspiring new female artists to emerge in recent years and is poised for global success. Her music is a unique blend of indie-folk and experimental pop, crafting songs with both piano and guitar-driven tracks topped with bright, yet strong, warm and heartfelt vocals. Her debut single, “That Ain’t Love,” which was co-written with the Swedish writer/producer team Moneybridge and earned airplay in a number of countries. Rusty Anderson Afternoon is the brainchild of Paul McCartney‘s lead guitarist Rusty Anderson. Rusty has toured the world numerous times and has played on Paul’s records since 2001. He has also joined a host of other artists in the studio to record multi platinum hits with Lana Del Rey, Elton John, Michael Buble, Willie Nelson, Regina Spektor, Fishbone, Cat Stevens, The New Radicals, Little Richard, Gwen Stefani & Santana among many others, including the Ricky Martin mega-hit, “Livin’ La Vida Loca”. Lauren Waller is currently an unsigned Los Angeles-based artist, singer, songwriter, performer, musician, producer and stage manager. She’s currently pursuing a college degree in Theatre Arts Production and Design, with an emphasis in stage management. Musically, she’s influenced by Sara Bareilles, Ron Pope, Marina and the Diamonds, Daughter and Passenger. Her soulful, compelling voice, with a touch of grit, draws the listener to come along through this satisfying sonic release of substantive, straightforward, self-penned lyrics and complex arrangements. As a performer, she has previously shared the stage with several world-renowned musicians including Berlin featuring Terri Nunn, The Fixx and Helen Reddy. She debuted her single “Never Were” on RTE, Ireland’s National Television, at the Rose of Tralee International Festival, one of Ireland’s largest music festivals, where the single was acclaimed by Ireland’s celebrity host, Dáithí Ó Sé, “Brilliant, absolutely brilliant and from the heart.”

Notorious for their live shows, Scotland’s Ded Rabbit have been making noise with their music for the past couple of years. Passport Approved is very excited to be bringing you the premiere of their music video for the hit new single “Only Dating” right here on PassportApproved.com! The Indie Rock quartet from Edinburgh consists of the Gaine brothers: Eugene (vocals/rhythm guitar), Fergus (lead guitar), Donal (bass) and Eoin (drums.) Citing Jimi Hendrix and The Beatles as musical influences, the siblings released their Moving In Slow Motion EP in July of last year. Ded Rabbit has supported The 1975 and Man Made as well as performed at T in the Park in 2015. The unsigned quartet released a double-A side single consisting of the songs “Only Dating” and “Never Gonna Learn” last month and have upcoming gigs confirmed for Edinburgh on April 9th and Kendal Calling at Hackthrope on July 29th.
