They’re loud! They’re raw! They’re memorable! Fronted by redheaded powerhouse Leah Martin-Brown, Evol Walks are bringing rock back to its roots. Enjoying regular commercial airplay for their first two singles “Heartbreakin’ Woman” and “Buzzed,” the Valhalla quintet have now returned with their latest single "The Other Side," produced by Brian Howes (Airborne, Hinder, Simple Plan, Daughtry). Evol Walks are performing their unique brand of hard-hitting rock to audiences around the globe. The first ever unsigned Australian band to play the 750,000 strong Woodstock Festival in Poland earlier this month, Evol Walks has shared the stage with some of the best acts in the world, including Red Hot Chili Peppers, Black Label Society and Flogging Molly to name a few. Two childhood friends met on the midnight train home after a night out in downtown Gothenburg, Sweden. Victor Crusner and Fredrik Folkstad discussed old memories and had a great time connecting. They stayed in touch and began making music together. Ideas and visions turned into songs, which they then recorded piece by piece at different locations. Together as Manfred Kidd, the duo created an amazing and unique sound with their debut EP, Where Were You When You Were Us, which has been compared to the likes of The Killers and Passion Pit. The Wild Honey Pie music blog touts the debut as "one of those EPs that manages to never dull, only heighten as it progresses, ending with an inevitable repeat play – i.e. infinite plays." Their debut single "Lights" was an energetic indie pop piece that earned fans worldwide and global radio airplay. The Swedish twosome has since returned with new music in the form of the single "Treetops."
